ReplyDeleteHubby and I discovered our Red Velvet cake love only in the last few years. It's one of our favorites. :)
We tried making a red velvet cheesecake earlier this year. It didn't turn out well. The recipe called for melted chocolate chips, I think that's where it all went wrong. Should have used cocoa powder. It *mostly* got eaten regardless of course. ha
